Me and a couple of friends mudding. My 1988 GMC K-1500 is has 40 series Flowmasters, and Maxxis Bighorn tires. The 1985 Toyota has a six inch lift on Wild Country RVT’s. The 2002 Silverado has a leveling kit K&N Air Filter and 40 Siries Flow Master with 20″ rims wrapped in Genneral Grabber AT’s. The Sandrail has TSL Superswampers and a pretty much stock VW engine. And the 1985 Blazer has TSL Superswampers.

Yea I agree its heavy lol. Im happy with my Bighorns, the Mickey T’s are real expensive but if you got the money there ya go. No Im not apart of the forums. I didnt know there really was any. I ussually keep my mudholes secrative cause of the PoPos.

I like the maxxis …
I like the maxxis bghorns. They clean out pretty well. The only thing I wish I would have went with is a wider tire. Mine arent that wide which is OK if the mud isnt bottomless. They grip like and bite hard. And they are durable..Ive hit many stumps under water and mud on my sidewalls with no problems. All this video was taken on the east coast of Florida. West Palm to Vero.

It depends on the …
It depends on the year. I traded up my HD silverado for an extended cab Z-71 1500 silverado, and becuase it is an all new set up, you would need a strut compressor to put in the leveling kit.. I wont with that, so I had the off-road shop install my leveler kit… Word of advice, as soon as you put one in, get the front end re-aligned immediatley!!!

Yea I know clay is a bit nasty as opposed to regular mud. I can say Id agree with you..
